University of Saint Mary of the Lake Refectory – The campus visitor addition to the centrally located dining hall was designed to match the campus’ existing American Colonial architecture.  The centerpiece of the addition is the main entrance that includes beautiful hand carved limestone columns, Ionic pilaster capitals, custom garland detailing, limestone entablature, dentils, Urns, all set in mortar with ¼” joints.  Some of the additional load bearing CMU backup and modular brick building features include the jack arches with projected limestone keystones, limestone door architrave surrounds, limestone quoin corners, carved 1-4” thick over door cornices, a continuous limestone 4-piece entablature assembly.  The addition is one of kind and a must see.
