Dear Jonathan,
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Illinois Masonry Corporation for the way your firm handled the Park Ridge Uptown Project, Building A which is 4 stories and Buildings B & C which are 5 stories. The commitments that IMC made were upheld. This permitted for and accelerated interior schedule that allowed us to keep our commitment to the Owner regarding occupancy of the buildings.
While every project has unique challenges, the Park Ridge Project is a difficult urban site accompanied by complex masonry details and an accelerated schedule.
The IMC team compromised of you, Chuck Vacala, Arny Kalnins and Ed Bochat consistently maintained safety, efficiency, superior workmanship and professionalism throughout this project.
We look forward to collaborating with Illinois Masonry Corporation on future projects.

It is my distinct pleasure to recommend Illinois Masonry Corporation (IMC).
Bovis Lend Lease performed Construction Management services for Community Unit District #300 on the new 391,000 sq. ft. 3-story new Hampshire High School. Illinois Masonry Corporation was one of 38 Prime contractors on the project.
Illinois Masonry Corp. has successfully completed the larger masonry contract on the project. The scale and schedule of the project made it necessary to contract two mason contractors. IMC was responsible for the larger and more complex portion of the building. As with any project of this scale, significant challenges had to be overcome. The IMC project team of Jonathan Bennett, Chuck Vacala, Elzie Banks, John Daniels, and Marc Karlin met the project challenges and successfully completed IMC's portion of the project scope. The work was completed on schedule and with a high degree of workmanship and quality. The IMC Team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism throughout the project, and assisted the Construction Management and project teams with creative solutions when difficult challenges arose. Also, impressive was the highly cooperative manner in which IMC conducted themselves.
It was a great pleasure working with the Illinois Masonry Corp. team on this project. I look forward to working with IMC on future projects.
Very truly yours,
BOVIS LEND LEASE, INC.

Nathan Peterson and Darren Lackey • FCL Builders, Inc. • November 06 2002
Mr. Bennett:
We would like to take a moment of your time to inform you of what has been an all around outstanding performance put forth by your employees.
Bob Cox was the foreman on site for the JSQ Speculative Office Building in Burr Ridge. Bob was prompt to respond to the project's needs, the requests of Mel Bodie the project superintendent, as well as our own. He made himself available when needed and for the weekly jobsite meetings. He has proven to be knowledgeable in the field and was to produce a quality product under many demands from an extremely aggressive schedule and difficult job site conditions.
All in all, the service he provided can only be rated as outstanding. We believe he is an asset to your company and will be seeking your company's services again thanks to the favorable experience we've had working with Bob and the rest of your company. The project itself has gotten much attention and accolades from the developer, future owner, and various FCL employees due to the high quality masonry work by Illinois Masonry Corp. We look forward to working with your team on future projects for FCL Builders, Inc.
Sincerely,
FCL Builders, Inc.

Dear Mr. Bennett,
Please accept our sincere thanks and appreciation for a job well done as a prime subcontractor on the $27 million Woodstock High School renovation/Addition Project. The project was completed on time and within budget due to the hard work and efforts of your field staff and your excellent office staff coordination and scheduling. Many positive comments were received during this course of the project from the School Board, School Superintendent, High School Staff and Woodstock residents. These same people could not believe how much could be accomplished in light of the adversity working around students and staff while school was in session.
Special praise to your on site superintendent, Bob Aller. Bob is a very conscientious, hard working, energetic, and talented multi-dimensional team player. Impressive strengths include excellent communication skills, ability to work on multiple talks simultaneously, common sense, and a keen sense of task prioritization. Bob was very well liked by his peers, school district administration and had a great rapport with the other onsite contractors. It was truly a pleasure working with him.
Again thank you for the time and effort your company put forth in making this a very successful project.
Very Truly Yours,
Daniel Dowling

THANKS VERY MUCH!!!!
We want to extend our thanks to Illinois Masonry Corporation for your participation in Spaulding's "Construction Day". It was a complete success and could not have been done without such a solid team. Many positive comments have been passed on from the District, the teachers and, of course, the "mini" construction workers at Spaulding.
Again, we appreciate the time and effort you put into making the day a success.
Rev. George J. Rassas • Church of St. Mary • September 26 1997
Dear Mr. Bennett,
I would like to personally thank you for your recent cooperation in completing the School of St. Mary Primary Center on time. School opened on September 2, as scheduled. When we started this project over a year ago and as I attended many project meetings, it became quite evident that we would never have been able to meet our deadline without your attention to detail and timeliness.
I feel that Bulley and Andrews has supplied us with superior leadership and you have responded in the same fashion.
I hope that the project has been professionally satisfying and a financial success to your firm. Thanks again for helping make one of our Parish dreams come true.
Sincerely,
Rev. George J. Rassas
Paul A. Harding, AIA • Harding Associates • May 15 1995
Dear Chuck:
As we discussed recently, Vacala Masonry did a tremendous job on a new church for St. Irene Parish.
As part of our firm's celebration of its tenth anniversary, our firm awarded a 10 Year Craftsmanship Award for the best workmanship on a Harding Associates project over the history of the firm. Our staff voted this award to Vacala Masonry for the high quality of masonry work and their cooperative spirit on a very challenging and intricate church.
Their workmanship on the building is flawless. In addition, they were exceedingly considerate of the client's budget. Originally, they estimated winter conditions to be $47,000. Aided by good weather they were able to provide winter conditions for $14,000. This was the first time in 20 years that I have seen a contractor provide a service for 30% of what they had projected.
In general, our firm is justifiably proud of the high quality of workmanship and construction on our buildings. In 10 years our work has been published in three national architectural publications and has received several design awards, including an Illinois Indiana Masonry Association Award for St. Isidore School. We have worked with Mar-Lu Masonry, a company with a blue chip reputation, on two church projects. The quality of Vacala Masonry's work exceeded that of Mar-Lu Masonry and my expectations for quality.
If the need arises for quality masonry work, I highly recommend Chuck Vacala and Vacala Masonry. They are a genuine pleasure to work with.
Very Truly Yours,
HARDING ASSOCAITES
